All applicants are required to express their interest via our Procurement Portal -http://westberks.klickstream.com/ (Note :-Suppliers will be required to register in the first instance,if not already done so).

1)Pre-Qualification Questionnaire(Form F008)

4)Technical Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

These seek information including Economic, Financial standing and Technical experience.

All those organisations submitting Pre-qualification questionnaires will firstly be assessed against the 5 questions on Technical Experience. These will be assessed and scored in accordance with the table shown in the Technical PQQ.

The highest scoring organisations will then be assessed on their commercial and financial standings from the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (Form F008) and will be invited to tender.

The Contracting Authority intends to invite tenders from a minimum of 5 and no more than 7 organisations.

It is the responsibility of the Supplier to forward one copy of the Referee document(F010b)to each of their referees quoted in Section B12 of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. They also must ensure that their Referees submit these directly to the Corporate Contracts & Procurement Unit(Fax.01635-519264) by the deadline date of 12:00 (noon) on Monday 2nd August 2010. Failure to comply with this may result in disqualification.

Failure to answer all questions in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and provide supporting documentation requested may result in disqualification.

All completed applications, including the supporting evidence requested are to be sent by post to -

West Berkshire Council, Corporate Contracts & Procurement Unit,Legal Services, Market Street, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 25LD. Mark FAO Assistant Procurement Officer.

- The deadline for receipt of the completed Pre-Qualifications and References is 12:00 (noon) on Monday 2nd August 2010. The Council reserves the right to not award a contract.

PLEASE NOTE - Contractors passing the pre-qualification stage and selected to Tender will be required to download the tender documents and submit their completed tender via our Procurement Portal. Further information will be supplied at Tender stage.
