West Berkshire District Council (WBDC) is seeking to outsource public space CCTV monitoring and response management, covering certain areas within the District. This is centred primarily on Newbury Town Centre. The new system will comprise forty individual image streams; images and PTZ control which need to be updated to provide a digital platform. Images will be recorded on hard drive based storage based in a data centre located in Newbury. Live and recorded images will be capable of being transmitted over a rented backhaul link to an off-site CCTV monitoring and control centre.

These seek information including Economic, Financial standing and Technical experience.

All organisations must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ('Application for Approved Supplier Status (Form F008)) in addition to the tender documents. Form F008 will be evaluated in the first instance in respect of their commercial and financial standings. Those organisations that pass this stage will then have their tender submission evaluated.

It is the responsibility of the Supplier to forward one copy of the Referee document (F010b) to each of their referees quoted in Section B12 of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. They also must ensure that their Referees submit these directly to the Corporate Contracts & Procurement Unit(Fax.01635-519264) by the deadline date of 12:00 (noon) on Tuesday 27th April 2010. Failure to comply with this may result in disqualification.

Failure to answer all questions in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and provide supporting documentation requested may result in disqualification.
